How can I close and delete my Octopoly account?

To close and delete your Octopoly account, we need you to send our support team (support@octopoly.nz) the following documents. Please note that we cannot close and delete an account as long as it still contains domains names or other products and services, or in case there are unpaid invoices:

  • Personal account:
    • A written request from the account holder, asking to delete the account.
    • The login name of the account that shall be closed.
    • A valid and legible copy of the passport or ID card of the account holder.
  • Company account:
    • A written request from the account holder, asking to delete the account.
    • The login name of the account that shall be closed.
    • A valid and legible copy of the passport or ID card of the person representing the account holder (company).
    • An official statement, which proves that the individual representing the company is entitled to request the closure of the account, for example a power of attorney or extract from the company registration, stating the individual’s name.

    Once we have received the documents, we will close your account.
