My domain name has not been registered, what now?

If you paid for an order that could not been completed, we will automatically refund the full order amount in the form of prepaid credits to your account. If you do not wish to keep the money on your account and prefer a full refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on MY ACCOUNT.
  3. In the menu select BILLING > REFUNDS.
  4. Click on REQUEST A REFUND.
  5. Select the Request type and click SELECT REFUND METHOD.
  6. Enter the amount you wanted refunded and click CONFIRM REFUND REQUEST.

Our accounting team will process your request as soon as possible.
